Multitasking will usually give you a headache, not solve one. Even if you don’t believe all of the research, I am walking proof.
Last week I was walking out of my CrossFit Gym and the next thing I know I am staring at the ceiling. No, I hadn’t over exerted myself with pull-ups, I wasn’t looking where I was going. I was checking my phone and didn’t realize the roller doors in the garage were not fully raised and I hit my head and got knocked to the ground in true cartoon style. It was a hard lesson for me about doing one thing at a time.
How many things do you have in motion right now and is it time to focus on just one?
Dedicated to growing your business,
