I have been running The Wright Exchange Network (TWEN) events for the last six years for executives wanting to rapidly grow their business. It occurred to me that many executives could benefit from a similar support network and my guidance but centered solely around defining and finding their perfect executive role rather than about their day job. So I am now introducing TWEN ETC – the Executive Transitioning Careers version of The Wright Exchange Network.

Criteria to join:
While titles vary by company, executives at the CEO / reporting to CEO level, EVP, SVP, VP, Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Technology Officer, Chief Information Officer, Chief Product Officer, Chief Finance Officer and Chief Revenue/Sales Officers, and Board members are eligible to join.
You must be willing to join most of the weekly meetings or listen to the recordings and share your progress with Val Wright.
How does it work?
You will be part of a peer group of between 8-10 executives who are also considering a career transition.
Each Wright Exchange Network ETC will meet once a week virtually for six months.
You will receive copies of Val Wright’s three books Thoughtfully Ruthless, Rapid Growth Done Right, and Words That Work.

Your membership of TWEN ETC is confidential. You may not discuss the attendance of other executives, nor quote executives without permission and going through Val.
Your membership of The Wright Exchange ETC is non transferable.
Should you not be able to make the weekly call you will be able to access the recording and post any questions on the TWEN ETC Slack channel.
There will be no sponsors or press at any meeting.
You may have introductions or suggestions to offer fellow TWEN ETC members, you may provide those either via Val, live on the weekly meetings, or via the TWEN ETC slack channel.
Should you wish to explore doing business with another Wright Exchange Forum member, it will be after a “double yes opt in” managed directly through Val. – This is a pitch free – zero pressure zone!
What is included:
Weekly one hour group calls with Val Wright and executive peers at 12noon PST each Friday.
Access to a private TWEN ETC Slack channel where recordings and additional resources will be shared.
Access to ask Val Wright any questions during the weekly TWEN ETC meetings.
Ability to post questions on the TWEN ETC Slack Channel either within the executive group or DM-ing Val on Slack.
What is not included:
This does not include scheduled or spontaneous 1-1 calls with Val Wright.
Val will be unable to give you advice about your current company strategy, innovation, growth goals – the scope relates only to your perfect executive job and your job search. - We can scope that advice as a separate piece of work.
